Ellen DeGeneres Buys Adam Levine's Beverly Hills Mansion for $45M

Right on the heels of Ellen DeGeneres announcing she has signed on for three more years of The Ellen Show and Adam Levine shockingly announcing he will not be returning to The Voice, both are making headlines for a new reason. Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi and Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo have a lot of interests in common, namely dabbling in real estate. Buying, flipping, and selling houses is the norm for these ambitious A-listers. Now, their paths have crossed as DeGeneres and de Rossi just picked up Levine and Prinsloo’s ivy-covered Beverly Hills mansion for $45 million.

Listed a month ago for a slightly more $47.5 million, this quick deal seems like a win for both parties. While it’s never clear what DeGeneres’ intentions are with a new buy, having just picked up a Balinese-style beauty in Montecito as well, this beautiful abode would make a lovely residence or be a great way to turn a profit with a few small tweaks. That’s the route Levine and Prinsloo took since they nabbed it for $33.9 million.

Clocking in at 10,376-square-feet, the house has all the bells and whistles including a media room, gym, tennis court, putting green, pool, outdoor kitchen, and attached guesthouse. After some of DeGeneres’ A-list friend stop by The Ellen Show, they can come over here to continue the fun.

Surprisingly, there are only five bedrooms, but an abundant 12 bathrooms. With that kind of space, there will be plenty of room to prep for red carpet events.
