Less than six months after picking up a Beverly Hills Post Office manse for $14.5 million, the star is looking to make a sweet profit listing it for $16.995 million.Serena Williams purchased a more modest dwelling in the same area last October, where she and her husband may be nesting with their adorable daughter.While its unclear if Perry made any significant changes to his contemporary 17,245-square-foot house, there’s no question that it’s an impressive estate. Sitting on 4.25 acres of land behind gates, the massive residence boasts 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms as well as a motor court that can hold 30 cars.
