Famous Hotelier Avi Brosh Seeks $3.2M for His Divine Sunset Strip Pad
Avi Brosh, the owner and mastermind behind the Palisociety boutique hotels, has just put his sumptuous Sunset Strip home on the market. Listed for $3.195 million, Brosh’s circa-1924 abode retains its vintage charm but has been renovated with the famous hotelier’s keen eye.
Most hotels have a minimalist and sleek or traditionally opulent aesthetic. However, the Palisociety brand has a more eclectic and inviting style. Rather than walking into a massive generic foyer, you are welcomed into a chic getaway that still has an irresistibly homey feel. Musing on the inspiration for his personal home, Brosh shares, “Similar to all of our hotels, the interiors reflect our love of mixing both vintage and new furnishings and art to create a warm, welcoming and interesting home.”
With this in mind, Brosh extensively and thoughtfully renovated the three-bedroom and four-bathroom house. For example, the original front door stayed while all other windows and doors were replaced. The kitchen, dining areas, and all bathrooms were redone. But Brosh also didn’t shy away from additions, creating the guest house, outdoor patios, and a new master bath and closet.
Indeed, the master suite received an extraordinary makeover. Brosh shared with us that it is his favorite room as it “runs the entire width of the house, has tons of light, dual master baths and a balcony with amazing views of the Chateau Marmont.”
So, who is ready to check in to this 2,440-square-foot Sunset Strip home indefinitely? Joe Reichling and Boni Bryant of Compass have the listing.
