1/11Photographs Courtesy of Tyler Sargent for Douglas EllimanNew York-based minimalistic fashion icon Lisa Perry has taken on a new pursuit with her creative ideas and has entered the interior design world, launching Lisa Perry Homes. Now completing her first project, Perry has listed the renovated Palm Beach Island abode with contemporary, spunky style for just under $11 million.Although it was built in 1980 and has mostly kept its original floorplan, the property has really been brought to life with its artful furnishings. Perry left the home's clean white walls, but chose to bring in pops of color to create upbeat spaces. Some walls have been removed and large glass windows added to create an airier home filled with light.Color blocking and shape play were huge themes in the house with Perry stating, “It is safe to say that circles and dots are a running theme throughout my homes and my life. Each time I see them the positive impact is immediate, and they make me smile.” Most of the furnishings are from Perry’s travels between France and the US.The home is made up of six bedrooms and six and a half baths across 5,686-square-feet of interior space set close enough to the water that ocean air can be felt from the front door. The fashion-forward listing is held by Burt Minkoff of Douglas Elliman.Photographs Courtesy of Tyler Sargent for Douglas EllimanNew York-based minimalistic fashion icon Lisa Perry has taken on a new pursuit with her creative ideas and has entered the interior design world, launching Lisa Perry Homes.
