Fashion Execs List Their Greenwich Village Townhouse for $11.295M
Boho clothing line Haute Hippie founders Patricia Wescoat-Pound and Jesse Cole have listed their Greenwich Village townhouse for $11.295M with Christopher Riccio and Matthew Pravda of Leslie J. Garfield. The couple is in the midst of a lawsuit with their neighbor over a potential development that would block sunlight to their kitchen and garden, but a source told the New York Post that now “they just want out.” Cole bought the 19th-century townhome in 2013 for $6.15M.
Built in 1856 and extensively renovated, the 20’-wide townhouse spans 3,600 square feet over 4 stories. There are 3 spacious en-suite bedrooms, 5 fireplaces and a master suite that occupies the entire 4th floor. The modern chef’s kitchen is located on the garden level and features a wall of glass doors that access the back garden.
