First Look: Christian Lacroix's Spring Collection
Spring is in the air, which is evident in Christian Lacroix's Spring Collection. Entitled "Paradis Barbares," the collection pays tribute to Garouste and Bonetti, two prominent figures from the ‘New Barbarians’ artistic movement who designed the original haute- couture salon interiors and unique furniture pieces for Christian Lacroix, in the late 1980’s.
The collection features new textiles on printed designs, glamorous embroideries, and luxurious weaves. The wallpapers feature incredible panoramic scenes on luxurious heavyweight grounds, such as botanicals, structured patterns and exotic imagery. Read on to check out a few pieces from the new line:
