First Look! Inside the Ken Fulk-Designed Penthouse Lounge at The Harrison
Maximus Real Estate Partners’s luxury residential building The Harrison, located in San Francisco’s Rincon Hill neighborhood, offers such luxury services as a concierge for residents, 24-hour valet and residents-only pantry and they have recently revealed a first look at yet another luxury amenity offered to residents: Uncle Harry’s, the exclusive penthouse lounge designed by Ken Fulk.
Ken Fulk's design is inspired by an adventurer’s travels, featuring safari-themed chintz, vintage African Kuba cloth and crocodile-embossed leather. The lounge is comprised of a large main living room with a bar and double-sided fireplace as well as an intimate dining room with a 14-seat private dining table. Adjacent to the dining room is the catering kitchen, which features double Bertazzoni ranges and Fisher Paykel warming ovens and refrigerators. The space boasts 100 linear feet of windows, which provide unobstructed views of the Bay, Bay Bridge and East Hills. The lounge is available only to residents and their guests, and sales of units in the building are ongoing with The Mark Company.
