Workshop/APD further elevated the downtown oasis with chic interiors and now a new model residence designed by Work Of has been unveiled for the first time. The design of this $1.685 million one bedroom, one-bath unit brings a perfect balance of neutral color palettes and playful pops of color. Work Of drew inspiration from the neighborhood, which is rich in history, and paid homage to its location with industrial details like the steel elements in the kitchen.
