Former NBA player Kiki VanDeWeghe and interior designer/structural engineer Peggy VanDeWeghe are selling their circa-1972 midcentury modern ranch in Encino for $4,999,000.

Kiki VanDeWeghe played 13 seasons in the NBA during which he was a two-time NBA All-Star, and later served as a coach and general manager.
