Known as Byrdview, the iconic midcentury modern was designed by Pereira Luckman AIA and built in 1951. It’s available to buy for the first time in 25 years and architecture lovers will surely swoon, but it does have the steep price tag of $21.5 million. Well, ‘That’s Life,’ right?

The crooner lived here in the 1950s and 1960s when it was brand new, but it still dazzles today. The iconic main residence features a 50-foot pool, a 2,000-square-foot pergola lounge, and a massage/sauna/steam room. Wellness is a clear focus, especially since the home sits blissfully above the Chatsworth Nature Preserve and has 360-degree peaceful views.
