'Full House' Actress Wants $35M for Her Bel Air Home

Chaise lounges surround a spa.Full House actress Lori Loughlin and her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, are looking to part ways with their Mediterranean-style Bel-Air home for $35M, more than double the $14M they paid for it. The couple bought the 12,000-square-foot estate in 2015, and listing agent Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency told The Real Deal that they put nearly $15M into a complete remodel and modernization.

According to the listing, the home is dramatic in scale and seamlessly blends modern luxuries with timeless styling. Inside, there is a sprawling living room, media room, paneled library and gourmet eat-in kitchen. The home is sited at the end of a prime Bel Air cul-de-sac and the property features a swimming pool, a spa and an outdoor entertainment space.
