Future Splashes Out $16.3M for a Modern Miami Beach Stunner Right on the Water

It looks like ‘Life Is Good’ for Grammy award-winning rapper Future, who just spent $16.3 million on a jaw-dropping Miami Beach modern, according to Forbes. The mansion was built in 2020 and is tucked away on a gated island, making it an ideal retreat from the limelight, but, with 8,897 square feet, it is equally as great for throwing exuberant soirĂ©es.

The “Mask Off” singer’s future here is looking pretty bright, especially with all of his new outdoor living spaces. The property boasts 75 feet of water frontage, so if Future wants to park a yacht in his backyard, he is good to go. The swimming pool and spa are surrounded by plenty of space to lounge around, including an outdoor living area and kitchen. A rooftop terrace provides another glamorous setting that is just so Miami.

Connecting the lush scenery to the spacious interiors, floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors are aplenty and the second floor has a balcony spanning the length of the home. With a total of seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and one half-bath, Future can host guests for lively weekends by the water all year. Unsurprisingly at this price point, the home also includes staff quarters, a detached guest suite, and a three-car garage.

The rapper—who often collabs with Drake—collaborated on this with agent Jordan Karp, who represented him in the deal. Dina Goldentayer with Douglas Elliman represented the sellers.
