7/12Photographs by Anastassios MentisThe new kitchen layout suits the busy family. They often eat at the island counter, which is topped with a slab of Calacatta Borghini marble from Everest Stone and painted a custom taupe from Fine Paints of Europe. The surrounding cabinetry, classic in a custom shade of white, is detailed with polished nickel bar pulls from Merit Metal. Refurbished industrial pendants from London descend from the remodeled tray ceiling with beadboard inset.Photographs by Anastassios MentisThe new kitchen layout suits the busy family. 12/12Photographs by Anastassios MentisThe bathroom is now a peaceful, light-filled space, with his and her vanities on either side of the shower and Piedmont tub from Bender Plumbing. Hirsch marries metals for visual variation, specifying polished nickel fixtures such as Waterworks’s Henry Exposed tub filler, and a warmer silver leaf for a pair of Worlds Away python vinyl-covered Lolita stools and Shades of Light’s Mirror Mosaic Lanterns. Dolomite floor tiles and the Calcatta mosaic, on the half wall, are from Greenwich Tile.Photographs by Anastassios MentisThe bathroom is now a peaceful, light-filled space, with his and her vanities on either side of the shower and Piedmont tub from Bender Plumbing.
