Gisele Bündchen Drops $9.1M on a Stylish South Florida Estate
Gisele Bündchen is making headlines, and not just because it is New York Fashion Week. It appears that the supermodel just scooped up a luxurious Florida estate for $9.1 million. Records show that an LLC tied to the supermodel was the buyer, represented by Laura Valente with Global Luxury Realty LLC. The seller was represented by Chad Bishop & Saddy Abaunza Delgado with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
Bündchen’s new property is in Southwest Ranches, which is just north of Miami. “The community of Southwest Ranches is known for its vast acres of land and gorgeous estates,” says Delgado.
It’s safe to say the Brazilian model and the children she has with ex-husband Tom Brady will have plenty to do at their new digs. The 7.5-acre property features an equestrian ring with 10 horse stalls, tennis courts, a soccer field, and an infinity pool with a hot tub. Bishop told Mansion Global that Bündchen plans to have farm animals, including horses and chickens, on the property.
The sunny estate also boasts an outdoor kitchen with a hibachi grill, pizza oven, barbecue, and wine fridge. The home itself totals 5,183 square feet with nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms. It was built in the 1970s, but has been meticulously renovated by the sellers to display a sharp mix of modern and contemporary flair. Plus, it has a guest apartment for extra living space.
“The sprawling property features an abundance of privacy and space for entertaining and family fun,” says Chad Bishop of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. What more could someone want just outside of Miami?
