Gwyneth Paltrow's Former Tribeca Townhouse Asks $25M
After Gwyneth Paltrow "consciously uncoupled" from her Tribeca penthouse (it went into contract earlier this week) another one of her former dwellings has hit the market, reports Luxury Listings. An 11,482-square-foot townhouse at 13 Harrison Street that Paltrow and her ex-husband, Chris Martin, bought in 2005 and sold in 2009 for a neat profit has come up for sale again asking $25M. The 5-story townhome offers 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms along with a private terrace and roof deck that comprise 1,600 square feet of outdoor space. According to the listing, the home is currently configured as 2 condominiums—a 6-bedroom owner’s quadruplex and a mixed-use ground floor apartment—but will be delivered vacant. Brown Harris Stevens’ David Kornmeier is the listing agent.
