Harry Styles’ Glamorous Sunset Strip Modern Gets Another Price Cut
-
1/23Photographs Courtesy of Hilton & HylandWhile Harry Styles’ music and acting career is on the rise, his luck in real estate is steadily declining. It’s hard to know why the former One Direction member is having so much trouble selling his jaw-dropping, modern mansion perched above the Sunset Strip, but this is his second big price cut since first listing it in May 2017. Originally put on the market for $8.495 million, the price dropped to $7.995 million in February and is now asking $7.495 million.Along with a change in numbers, it seems there has also been a change in brokers. Justin P. Huchel of Hilton & Hyland was the exclusive listing agent previously, but now Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency, who has helped stars like Adam Levine and Cindy Crawford sell fabulous homes, is also representing the property. Styles is still within reach of making a profit on the sale, but he doesn’t have much more room for price cuts since he snagged the property for $6.87 million. With three bedrooms, five bathrooms, effortless indoor/outdoor living spaces, and sleek style, this spread is the epitome of Los Angeles glamour. It’s open rooms and glassy balconies are begging for posh soirées, relaxed gatherings, or anything in between as it’s a perfect home for entertaining.Variety first reported this recent price reduction.Photographs Courtesy of Hilton & HylandWhile Harry Styles’ music and acting career is on the rise, his luck in real estate is steadily declining.
