THE HAMPTON DESIGNER SHOWHOUSE 2022

The highly acclaimed Hampton Designer Showhouse will return this Summer to Southampton, NY with a completed reimagined stately home presented by HC&G. For the past 22 years, the Hampton Designer Showhouse has been the showcase for some of America’s premier design talent and has raised nearly $2M for Stony Brook Southampton Hospital since its inception.

The Hampton Designer Showhouse, with renowned designers, Jamie Drake and Alexa Hampton as the Honorary Design Chairs, will feature the work of top interior designers from the Hamptons, New York City and nationwide. They will transform a magnificent, historic property that dates to the 1830s into a modern, decorative masterpiece.

The Original Ivy Lodge

The original one-of-a-kind, Ivy Lodge was built in the mid-1800’s aside a pastoral pond just outside the village of Southampton nestled in 50 acres of verdant farmland. Nestled on 2.7 rolling park-like acres the property boasts a main residence, carriage house and 2.5 car garage. 25-30 designers will work to transform the palatial 8,000 square foot property including the renovation of 8 bedrooms, 7 baths, kitchen with breakfast room, guest wing, sunroom and den/media room. The expansive outdoor features a covered bluestone patio and dining area overlooking the natural pond along with the heated Gunite pool, spa, and outdoor shower.
