With a 2018 median home price of $15.087 million, Sagaponack’s Parsonage Lane is the most expensive street in the Hamptons, according to data released by Property Shark. A number of properties on Parsonage are currently on the market, so if you’d like to borrow a cup of sugar from longtime resident Jimmy Fallon, here’s your chance.

Numbers 280 and 284: Two adjacent vacant lots, priced at $7.995 million apiece and bordering a reserve, can each accommodate a 10,000-square-foot structure; Terry Cohen and Jon Vaccari of Saunders & Associates share the listings.

Number 441: Another building parcel, measuring 1.83 acres, can suit an 8,000-square-foot residence and is available for $8.25 million through the Corcoran Group’s Mala Sander.  

Number 493: A 9,890- square-foot six-bedroom house with a theater, sauna and steam room, tennis court, and elevator is being offered for $9.75 million via Harald and Bruce Grant of Sotheby’s International Realty.

Number 515: An 11,760-square-foot seven-bedroom residence with a theater, spa, wine cellar, pool, and tennis court is co-listed for $10.995 million by Korine Konzet of Brown Harris Stevens and Kathy Konzet and Keri Dayton of Sotheby’s.
