The spread’s 3,736-square-feet of living space holds 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms as well as a library, a home office, and many elegant seating areas. A fully upgraded kitchen boasts limestone floors and appliances from Wolf, SubZero, and Bosch. Floor-to-ceiling Hope steel and glass doors lead to the lush backyard and allow sunlight to pour in on multiple floors. While the West Village is full of special properties, this real estate gem has extra allure because it is an official New York City landmark. Robby Browne, Chris Kann, and Jennifer Ireland Kubis of Corcoran had the luxury listing. Mansion Global first reported the story.
