Honey Co-Founder Ryan Hudson Asks $25.5M for a Sweet & Swanky Miami Modern

Honey, the internet plug-in that helps automatically apply coupon codes to online purchases, was founded in L.A. by Ryan Hudson and George Ruan back in 2012. But, that doesn’t mean once it became a sweet success they stayed on the West Coast. Hudson has a property in Miami that just hit the market. The site’s coupon codes aren’t applicable to the jaw-dropping $25.5 million modern overlooking turquoise waters, so buyers will need to prepare to shell out if they want to snap it up.

Both co-founders, dare we say coupon kings, have been seen making real estate moves. Ruan listed his Bel Air home last summer for a whopping $150 million. Hudson’s Miami property, located on the Venetian Islands, has been in his hands since 2021 when he purchased it for $15,250,000.

Designed by architect Max Strang in collaboration with Studio ABM Design, the modern is as clean and open as it comes. At 5,500 square feet, the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home calls for glitzy entertaining. The main floor is lined with windows, illuminating the open-concept living room and dining room. When it’s time to move the party outside, make the transition to the stunning pool deck with an outdoor kitchen, or head toward the dock and 60 feet of water frontage for a sunset cruise.

Each of the home’s bedrooms has been designed with precise attention to detail. Neutral palettes come together to create refreshing retreats that make water views the star. The primary suite is the best getaway, receiving beautiful warmth from the Florida sun in its breezy sitting area and a spa-like bathroom, which is anchored by a stand-alone tub in the center of the room.

Are you getting vacation vibes? To make endless Miami memories, Shawn Ankari of Ankari Developments holds the listing.
