A couple in search of a home to call their own is certainly a common sight. Less common? A couple developing and designing properties as a team. That’s exactly what duo David and Eliana Rokach do, and their latest home is on the market in the star-studded Pacific Palisades. Asking $26 million, the LA modern offers the utmost privacy while overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Not even a month after listing, it already has an offer, but is looking for back up offers.
