Known as “Cima del Mundo” (Spanish for “top of the world”), this beachfront Spanish Colonial-style abode at 201 Lily Pond Lane in East Hampton is available for the first time in 75 years.

Designed by architect Robert Tappan in 1925 and renovated and expanded in 1994 by the late interior designer William Hodgins, the 7,600-square-foot eight-bedroom manse features a clay tile roof, five fireplaces, multiple terraces, and a pool and pool house, plus 2.7 acres with both ocean and Lily Pond vistas.

“A ha-ha blocks the view of the road and creates the sense that Lily Pond is part of the property, ” says listing agent Ed Petrie of Compass. “It feels like Bel Air in the Hamptons.” And, so does the price tag.
