While city code requires that residential high-rises meet at least LEED Silver standards, the 70-floor mixed-use tower is slated to be LEED Platinum. Currently under construction, the skyscraper includes office space and 67 luxury condominiums, along with amenities including interiors designed by Orlando Diaz-Azcuy, standout views of the Bay and a building-wide graywater recycling system.
