While there is no indication the power couple made any major changes, the apartment is listed for substantially more than the $15.3 million they nabbed it for, sitting comfortably on the market at $17.5 million.

Each superstars in their respective industries, J.Lo and A-Rod are extremely business savvy, so it’s no shock they have their eyes set on making a profit. With their names attached to it, the residence is surely more alluring, but is also spectacular all on it’s own. From the private elevator landing to the pristine kitchen, it’s difficult to find fault in the unit’s design.
