It should come as no surprise that the son of Mick Jagger has good taste in real estate, but if proof was required it can be found in the form of his Los Angeles home. Actor James Jagger, best known for his supporting turn on the Martin Scorsese-produced HBO series Vinyl, scooped up the slice of Silver Lake in 2016 for $1.2 million. After a slight remodel, the home is on the market with a slightly increased price tag of $1.295 million.

Built in 1937, the two-bedroom, one-bathroom dwelling has maintained much of its vintage charm. Remaining are the original wood windows and hardware, as well as built-ins, a brick fireplace, and a bay window. The ceilings are variously trayed and sloped. Renovations of the kitchen and bathroom by interior design firm Design Vidal embrace this period detail, with each room looking delightfully contemporary yet bursting with vintage color and personality.
