Jane Fonda and Richard Perry Want $13M for Their Beverly Hills Estate
Actress Jane Fonda and music producer Richard Perry have listed their contemporary home in Beverly Hills for $12.999M with Coldwell Banker Previews International’s Jade Mills and Valerie Fitzgerald, the LA Times reports. Perry and Fonda have owned the home for 5 years; they bought it in 2012 for $7.3M. It is sited on a .75-acre gated property in the Trousdale Estates area and was built in 1961. 7,500 square feet of interior living space are spread over multiple levels, all of which are accessible via a glass elevator in the center of the home. The updated chef’s kitchen features an oversized island and bi-fold glass doors that open to a terrace. Other notable features include a recording studio, media room and diner-style wet bar. There are 4 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms total, and the master suite features a separate sitting room and office. Outside, there is a solar-heated pool, a covered patio, a meditation garden and a fire pit.
