Providing a stark contrast to the glass-walled contemporary home in Beverly Hills she listed for $13M earlier this year, the actress's new home is a traditionally-styled townhouse in Los Angeles. According to listing agent Susan Smith of Hilton & Hyland, Fonda ponied up $5.45M in all cash for the 5,700-square-foot triplex.

Featuring 4 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, this home is part of The Enclave at Century Woods, a new luxury development of 10 single-family villas in LA's Century City neighborhood. Each home has access to its own ground-level private courtyard as well as a third-floor outdoor patio. The first floor is devoted to a spacious entertaining layout that features the kitchen, dining room and living areas, while the second level houses two master suites and two guest suites.

Valerie Fitzgerald of Coldwell Banker represented Fonda in the sale, which was reported by Mansion Global.
