Jared Leto Lists His Hollywood Hills Estate for $2M
Oscar winner Jared Leto has listed his Hollywood Hills home for $1.999M, reports Variety. The actor purchased the home, which listing agents James Harris, David Parnes and Mauricio Umansky of The Agency classify as a “contemporary mini-estate,” for $1.65M in 2006. In 2014, shortly after his performance in and subsequent Oscar win for “Dallas Buyers Club,” Leto purchased the “Lookout Mountain Laboratory,” an industrial spread in Laurel Canyon with 8 bedrooms and a dozen bathrooms for $5M.
According to the listing, the Hollywood Hills home is an entertainer’s dream and offers plenty of living space and an opportunity to expand or remodel. Currently there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms along with a spacious living room with fireplace, eat-in kitchen, formal dining room and oversized family room with wet bar. Leto is also the frontman for indie-rock band Thirty Seconds to Mars, so it’s not surprising that his home also includes a music studio. The entire resort-like spread is secluded and features a pool and spa, outdoor kitchen and fire pit.
4,021 sq. ft.
