Jason Bateman Nabs a Pink House Next Door to His Renovated Beverly Hills Home

Actor Jason Bateman, who often plays a boy-next-door, good-guy character in movies, just purchased the property that neighbors his recently renovated home. The humble, 2,835-square-foot house cost him $1.85 million, according to Variety, and is whimsical in style thanks to the peachy pink exterior. 

Nestled in the mountains between Beverly Hills and Studio City, the five-bedroom, four-bath is poised to be the perfect guesthouse for Bateman and his family. Although it could benefit from a renovation, the circa-1930s home is full of charm with high ceilings and brick fireplaces. 

Alternatively, Bateman may be planning to embark on a complete redesign so that it matches his main residence’s English Country-style aesthetic. Whatever they decide, we hope it stays pink.
