Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner Part Ways with Their Miami Mansion for $15M

The Miami real estate market is “Burnin’ Up.” Why? Singer Joe Jonas and his actress wife, Sophie Turner, just sold their hip waterfront Miami property for $15 million. The famous duo purchased the home in 2021 and listed the mansion for $16.995 million at the end of 2022.

It comes as no surprise that the address is located within an ultra-exclusive and guarded community, Bay Point. The 10,414-square-foot property spans six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, all while clearly reflecting the cool aesthetic of art enthusiasts. After purchasing, Jonas and Turner—who used the property as a primary residence—turned to interior designer Sarah Ivory to reimagine the home.

Last year, Ivory shared with the WSJ that changes included the indoor water features, moats, and koi ponds being transformed into vertical gardens, more lighting added to the landscape, and a new coat of paint on the exterior. The designer also brought in fun decor picks, such as Murano chandeliers, colorful Roche Bobois sofas and beds, and custom hand-painted de Gournay wallpaper. Natural materials like stone and wood are used throughout while floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outdoors in. Outside, a swimming pool overlooks the waterfront and a private 94-foot dock.

“The home has an incredible Cali meets Bali vibe. Frank Lloyd Wright inspired, but with a tropical twist,” says David Pullman of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, who represented the buyer. “It was really important to my client to have something unique and expressive. Miami being such a vibrant city it was a perfect fit.”
