Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel Seek $35M for Ultra-Private Hollywood Hills Compound

Something must be in the air. Many Hollywood power couples have been making moves in LA lately. For example, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner just sold their Encino mansion and Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher have put a traditional Beverly Hills home on the market. Now, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are also aiming to part with their approximately 10-acre Hollywood Hills compound for $35 million.

Timberlake snapped the estate up in 2002—the same year of his debut solo album—for $8.3 million, according to the Wall Street Journal. Today, the Spanish-style villa is a fortress of privacy near Mulholland Drive, with huge gates and a guardhouse at its border. Refreshed and added to by the couple together, this lavish listing gives a rare peek of the property.

Boasting 13,530 square feet of living space, the estate includes a main house and a guesthouse. Renovated with the help of designer Estee Stanley, the modern yet rustic interiors of the 2000-built main house have seven bedrooms and a primary suite worthy of Los Angeles royalty. Along with luxuries like a gym and screening room, the sprawling outdoor living spaces surrounding the structure steal the show.

Lockdown life at this home may have been like being stuck at a resort when you look at the grounds. Once part of the legendary Errol Flynn estate, now the acres hold a lit tennis court, 85-foot long zero edge pool, farm-to-table vegetable gardens, and meadows and forests for moments out in nature.

Available for the first time since Timberlake picked it up, Justin Paul Huchel and Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland hold the listing.
