Though Justin Timberlake was spotted checking out an $18.5M penthouse in Greenwich Village just last month, the singer has decided to put down roots in Tribeca instead. Sources with knowledge of the deal revealed that Timberlake signed a contract for a unit in 443 Greenwich Street, a landmarked 7-story condominium building reimagined by CetraRuddy Architects. Though it is unclear which unit Timberlake and his family will move into, The Real Deal billed Penthouse G—listed for $27.5M and in contract as of this month—the likely candidate. That apartment has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and spans 5,375 square feet, according to the listing, held by Cantor-Pecorella.

The pop star and his wife are the latest in a series of celebrities to snap up units at 443 Greenwich: Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively are recent buyers in the building as is actress Jennifer Lawrence. Mike Myers made headlines earlier this year when he bought and sold a condo in the building within the span of a week.
