Justin Timberlake's SoHo Mews Penthouse Can Be Yours for $8M

Riding a career high after starring in the hit animated film Trolls and headlining the recent Super Bowl halftime show, Justin Timberlake is looking to make a profit on the SoHo Mews penthouse he purchased back in 2010. The singer dropped slightly over $6.5 million on the 2,598-square-foot apartment and is now attempting to unload it for $7.995 million.
The King of Pop has moved on to greener pastures, or rather a more coveted building in Manhattan, and now owns a $27.5 million penthouse at 443 Greenwich Street with his wife, actress Jessica Biel.
While the new digs boast celebrity neighbors like Ryan Reynolds, Meg Ryan, and Jennifer Lawrence, the former NSYNC member’s 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence in SoHo has a lot to offer. A double wide living room is flooded with light thanks to endless walls of glass that look out to a 853-square-foot wraparound terrace. Effortlessly glamorous, the apartment features dramatic 10-foot ceilings and plank oak wood flooring throughout.
For food-obsessed buyers, the kitchen is a major selling point. Not only is it stylish with Valcucine cabinetry, but it is also highly functional offering Sub-Zero refrigerators (one specifically for wine storage), Miele ovens, and a Gaggenau cooktop with a fully-vented hood.
Jared Seligman and Evan Danzig of Stribling have the beautiful listing, which Curbed first reported.
