Kanye West’s Former Hollywood Hills Home with Minimalist Vibes Hits the Market

Anyone who has seen a Yeezy clothing collection will know that neutrals and simplicity encompass Kanye West’s recent design aesthetic. But, it seems this has been the case for some time if this home is an example. A Hollywood Hills contemporary that the artist owned from 2003-2017, according to Curbed, is up for sale. Listed by the owner the celeb sold it to, the 4,214-square-foot home is asking $3.699 million.

Dubbed “Tulum-modern,” the retreat tucked on a hillside has an effortlessly cool feel to it. Starting with gates and a pivot front door, the tell-tale sign of minimalist glamour, the abode makes an understated yet impactful impression.

Entering on the top floor (there are three), high ceilings and LA views abound. On this main level, the kitchen and formal living and dining areas are situated for airy entertaining.

As one descends, the stylish setting gets more laidback while never feeling ordinary. On the second floor, the primary suite and a second bedroom await, with the latter even getting its own deck. The last level has the largest outdoor space for airy indoor/outdoor living, plus a family room and media room for added areas for amusement.

This Hollywood Hills haven undoubtedly has a unique presence, which may be why West held onto it for almost 15 years. Seeking its next steward, Myles Lewis of Compass and Skye Louise Lamb of Premier Realty Services share the listing.
