Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner Want $23.5M for This Dreamy Puck Building Penthouse
Manhattan’s Puck Building, constructed in 1885 but more recently developed by Kushner Companies to create the Puck Penthouses, offers condos rich in architectural details. One such residence is owned by none other than Thrive Captial founder Joshua Kushner (who has no role in the family business) and supermodel Karlie Kloss, according to the Wall Street Journal. Now, their abode is up for sale, though it looks they are just upgrading to a neighboring Puck pad.
The couple’s listing, Penthouse V, is a duplex of dazzling scale and style asking a steep $23.5 million. Ideally situated between SoHo and Nolita, two hubs of activity for dining, art, and high-end shopping, the spread is a downtown dream.
Interior design studio For Reference is responsible for the interiors of the apartment. Light, bright, and sophisticated both texturally and in color selection, they span a stunning 5,672 square feet. Much of that floor plan lies in the vast great room, encompassing bright living and dining spaces that exist together yet feel unique. Loft windows, barrel-vaulted brick ceilings, and original cast iron beams and columns happily live here and are also featured throughout.
Cordoned easily off from this gathering space is the whimsical and fresh kitchen, its cabinets painted a sweet green, and its island topped with Italian lava stone. An espresso machine is built-in to get mornings going, but the brass La Cornue range may be what catches an avid cook or design enthusiast’s eye most.
It’s clear to see the couple’s pad is ready for its close-up wherever you find yourself. And, first impressions are everything. At its entry, a Venatino Giola gray and Bardiglio white marble floor leads to the white oak staircase, which ascends to the upper level.
Offering 4 bedrooms and 6.5 baths, this penthouse has the space and style to reel in a discerning buyer. Nick Gavin of Compass, who holds the listing, declines to comment.
