Keith Urban Is Looking to Purchase This $39M Famous Manhattan Mansion

Nicole Kidman might be getting quite an expensive Christmas present from husband Keith Urban. The Australian country singer is eyeing an Upper East Side townhouse that hit the market earlier this month for $39 million.
The listing is still active and no deal has been made, but sources told Woman’s Day that the musician wants to purchase the 12,745-square-foot abode so wife Nicole Kidman can pursue her dream of Broadway acting.
Built in 1898, the prestigious brick and limestone structure boasts six levels and seven bedrooms. Stunning original details have been carefully preserved through the years, including an oak staircase and 10 wood burning fireplaces.
The A-list couple would join the manse’s list of famous residents, which includes Michael Jackson and artist Marc Chagall. It’s safe to say that moving from Nashville, where the couple currently resides with their two daughters, to the posh Upper East Side would be a major change of scenery.
However, if Kidman is aiming to see her name in lights on Broadway, a residence in New York is inevitable for the family. Adam D. Modlin and Nina Perez of The Modlin Group have the listing.
