Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn Sell Their Pacific Palisades House for $6.9M
Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn have found a buyer for the Pacific Palisades home they bought more than a decade ago. The LA Times reports that the couple bought the house back in 2004 for $4.125M and sought to sell it for $7.25M. It closed slightly under the asking price at $6.9M. The 6,389-square-foot residence offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms including a lofted guest suite and gracious master wing featuring a fireplace, soaking tub, dry sauna and dual master closets. The first floor’s light-filled living spaces flow outside onto the landscaped property where there is a pool, spa and separate meditation room. The upper level houses a pilates room overlooking the pool and a media room. Coldwell Banker’s Kimberley Pfeiffer represented the listing, F. Ron Smith of Partners Trust represented the buyer.
