Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky Relist Their Timeless Bel-Air Home for $6M
Bravo star Kyle Richards and her husband Mauricio Umansky, founder and CEO of The Agency, are not shy about sharing their lives on television. In fact, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills viewers saw Richards and Umansky renovate this Bel-Air home with the help of Faye Resnick, then surprisingly fall in love with an Encino abode and jump at the new opportunity. With that sale, the LA power couple moved out of their Bel-Air spread, but have yet to pass it on to a new owner. After leasing it out for the past two years, they have relisted the glam home for $5.95 million, a sweet deal since Variety reports it first wanted $7 million in 2017.
Located on a tranquil, tree-lined street and boasting a traditional white brick façade, the abode has a timeless elegance to it. Every detail screams classic dream home, even down to the white picket fence. It has plenty of space, too, with seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms in a generous 6,229-square-foot layout.
Since Richards and Umansky picked up the home in 2011, it was a star on RHOBV for years and no doubt saw its fair share of reality TV spats. Though with open spaces and amenities like a pub with a wet bar, a pool, a multi-purpose sports court, and a home theater, the disagreements could never have been about the luxury of the setting.
The property is not only TV star-approved, but agent-approved as well since Umansky is an expert in LA real estate. Keeping it all in the family, he shares the listing with his daughter Farrah Brittany and his father Eduardo Umansky, all of The Agency.
