Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott Give Their Sleek Yet Inviting Beverly Hills Home a Price Cut
For a while, reality TV star and entrepreneur Kylie Jenner and rapper Travis Scott seemed to be one of the biggest power couples in Los Angeles. According to multiple reports in January starting with Us Weekly, the parents of two are no longer together, which might be why they’re getting serious about unloading this gorgeous mansion they jointly own.
The Beverly Hills spread, tucked behind gates on 1.1 acres, is a vision of tranquil, contemporary style with clean lines, luxurious textures, and tons of amenities. Jenner and Scott listed the property for $21.9 million last fall and have now changed the price to $19,999,000.
Though it was built in 1971, the 9,680-square-foot home looks very 2023. Open spaces, full-length sliding glass doors, and a mix of plush neutrals and warm materials create a feeling of lavish minimalism, a style the whole Kardashian-Jenner clan often seems to gravitate toward for their interiors. Within the largely neutral residence, you’ll find plenty of fine details from imported stone to oak flooring to designer finishes.
The property has six bedrooms, just the right amount for each of the sisters and Rob to occupy. Further family-oriented spaces for laidback gatherings include the sultry media room, moody and polished kitchen, and resort-like backyard. Though it may be time for the makeup mogul and musician to leave the property behind, anyone would swoon over the exquisite pool, spa, built-in BBQ station, and lounging areas framed by leafy trees.
Perhaps other celebrities looking to fluff up their real estate portfolio will get “goosebumps” now that it has a new price. After all, everybody loves a discount. Tomer Fridman of The Friedman Group at Compass represents the couples 90210 listing.
