Lauren Conrad is known as a television personality and fashion designer, but she apparently also has some real estate prowess. Realtor.com reports that she has listed her Pacific Palisades home for $5.2M, nearly $1M more than the $4.4M she bought it for back in April of 2015.
So, what constitutes the significant price hike? The listing touts that the home was “flawlessly remodeled” and from the photos, it looks like Conrad used her penchant for design to outfit it with a rustic-glam style. French doors in the dining room open to the outdoor living space and provide plenty of light, while an open floor plan flows seamlessly from that room through the chef’s kitchen—outfitted with marble countertops, a La Cornue range, and open shelving against a subway tile backsplash—the breakfast room, and a large family room. There are 5 en-suite bedrooms as well as bonus rooms on the first and second floors, currently configured as his and hers offices. The Spanish-style home is set on 1.42 acres in the guard-gated Enclave community in Pacific Palisades and the grounds are designed for entertaining, featuring two patio areas, a built-in BBQ, a pool with a waterfall and an outdoor fireplace. Keller Williams’ Linda Ferrari and Main Beach Realty’s Cary Glenn share the listing.
