After less than 6 months on the market, Lauren Conrad’s “flawlessly remodeled” Pacific Palisades home has found a buyer. The actress-turned-entrepreneur was asking $5.2M for the swanky spread and online listings suggest that it is pending sale at $4.995M. Considering she paid $4.4M in 2015, Conrad still stands to turn a nice profit if the sale goes through.
The Spanish-style home is situated on 1.42 acres of manicured lawns in the guard-gated Enclave community of Pacific Palisades. Inside, it features a breezy open floor plan and 5 en-suite bedrooms as well as his-and-hers offices on the first and second floors. An avid cook and entertainer, Conrad paid special attention to the kitchen, where a sprawling island is topped with Mystery White marble countertops—a decision that she told MyDomaine was a must considering Mystery White’s stain resistance—and a La Cornue range anchors the space with a touch of glam. The party continues in the outdoor entertaining space, which features 2 patio areas, a built-in BBQ, an outdoor fireplace and a pool with a waterfall.
Keller Williams’ Linda Ferrari and Main Beach Realty’s Cary Glenn shared the listing, Variety reported the sale.
