Liam Payne Relists Amenity-Filled Calabasas Compound for $10.75M

There’s only one direction Liam Payne wants to go with his Calabasas compound right now and it’s towards a sale. A year after attempting to sell the amenity-filled property for $11.2 million, the former One Direction member turned solo artist has relisted it for a still mighty $10.75 million. And the singer hasn’t just changed ‘One Thing’ in hopes of selling, there are also new agents on the case.

Guarded by a set of gates, the five-acre estate has a 9,659-square-foot main house as its crown jewel. A guest house, meditation house, recording studio, swimming pool, and of course, pool house all sit on the grounds. In between the structures, an array of limestone patios and lush organic gardens create a winding sanctuary. As if the compound doesn’t have enough luxurious amenities, a small vineyard and koi pond also find space.

Payne purchased the spread five years ago and renovated the property extensively. The Spanish-style main house is brimming with traditional elegance. At once sprawling and cozy, the inviting home includes five bedrooms, a wine cellar, and a home theater. The double-height library with intricate dark wood and wrought iron harkens to English manors miles away. Elevating the sense of warmth are a whopping seven fireplaces, distributed generously amongst the living spaces and always ready to glow.

Tomer Fridman of Compass and Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland share the celebrity listing. The LA Times first reported the home is for sale.
