Live Like a Supermodel in Adriana Lima's $4.85M Manhattan Apartment

The living room looks out over the city and Central Park.Victoria’s Secret model Adriana Lima is trying to sell her Manhattan apartment, listing it for $4.85M with Douglas Elliman’s Tal and Oren Alexander and Adam Modlin of The Modlin Group. Lima bought the 2-bedroom apartment in 2003 for $1.995M, but the listing notes that it has been put through a complete renovation since then and now features a Crestron home automation system, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, a spa-like master suite and a chef’s kitchen. The apartment is owned jointly by Lima and her ex-husband Marko Jaric, who told The Wall Street Journal that they use it as a pied-à-terre whenever either of them is in New York, but decided to sell since they no longer use it as much. Lima and Jaric first tried to unload the place in 2013 with a $5.5M price tag, but listing agent Oren Alexander told WSJ that the current price of $4.85M reflects today’s market for a relatively quick sale.
