Angelina Jolie is renting Denise Richards' Hidden Hills estate for $30,000/month.Denise Richards has been trying to sell her Hidden Hills estate since 2015 and now it seems the place will have an A-list tenant while it’s on the market: Variety reports that Angelina Jolie is renting the place for $30,000/month. We can guess that Jolie and her six children need plenty of space to spread out and this 8,300-square-foot home sited on 1.14 acres certainly fits the bill. Inside, it’s lavishly decorated and includes such luxury amenities as a gourmet kitchen with a pizza oven, a living room that looks more like a nightclub lounge, a wine tasting room with custom controlled wine walls and a custom closet and dressing area in the master suite. Outside, there is an 800-square-foot cabana with a full outdoor kitchen and dining area, pools with cascading waterfalls and a grotto with a fire pit. Berkshire Hathaway’s Marc and Rory Shelvin list the estate at $6.895M.
