Look Inside Ryan Seacrest's $75k/Month Upper East Side Rental
Now that he has been named the new cohost of ABC’s Live!, which films in New York, it seems only fitting that Ryan Seacrest would be in the market for a home base in the city and it appears he has found one in the form of a $75k/month rental in ritzy Lenox Hill.
The previously West Coast-based Seacrest will still jet to LA on the weekends, but a flawlessly renovated 1879 Neo-Grec townhouse that spans 9,500 square feet will be his home during the week and as pied-à-terres go, this one is pretty nice. Michael Chen Architects is the firm behind the renovation and they added custom touches and plenty of modern luxury while preserving the historic façade. Some notable details include a full-floor master suite, grand entertaining spaces and a custom skylight installation piece by artist Sarah Oppenheimer. The townhouse spans 6 stories and even has a glass penthouse structure that opens to a rooftop garden.
Brown Harris Stevens and Sotheby’s International Realty shared the listing, which Curbed reported.
