Luann de Lesseps’ Sag Harbor Home Is Available to Rent This Summer
Longtime Real Housewives of New York star Luann de Lesseps insists ‘Money Can’t Buy You Class’ in one of her singles, but it can buy you a summer at her Sag Harbor home. Now available to rent asking $100,000 in July, $110,000 in August, or a slight deal of $200,000 for both months, money can buy you a temporary Hamptons getaway.
The 19th-century Greek Revival sits on Sag Harbor Cove and shines as an example of a quintessential historic Hamptons home. Outside, one can enjoy serene water views from the deck or the expansive lawn. While there isn’t a pool, there is a dock that tenants can swim off of to really make the most of the natural surroundings.
Inside, views also abound, but so do exquisite period details and bright white spaces. Built in 1835, the home exudes charm with three fireplaces and wooden elements, but it is also primed for pristine modern living.
Nightlife, shops, and restaurants are moments away so fun is never far. The abode also holds four bedrooms in total, so while the rental price is steep, friends could split it and unwind with a month or two in the Hamptons. Did we mention the detached studio? Perfect for retreating to work or create in peace when needed, it even has its own bathroom.
Christopher J. Burnside of Brown Harris Stevens has the listing, which the NY Post first reported is for rent.
