Larry Leight, the founder of luxury eyewear brand Oliver Peoples, dreamed of having a piece of Hawaiian paradise for years before he finally took the plunge and nabbed this gorgeous getaway. The avid surfer visited the islands as often as possible for decades until he put down roots on Kaua’i in 2008 after selling his company to Oakley. Recently, Leight hasn’t had the time to travel to his beloved oasis, which is what brought him to reluctantly list it for $7.5 million.

Surrounded by natural beauty and coming complete with its own sandy beach, the 2,341-square-foot house is a sanctuary for nature lovers. Walls of glass offer constant ocean views and outdoor living is a dream with a large patio with a dining area, ample seating, and a grill.
