The purchase, far and away the most expensive in the town’s affluent Cocoplum subdivision, first turned heads for its exorbitant price, as well as its seller, Bacardi heiress Hilda Maria Bacardi.The opulent, Mediterranean-style mansion is home to 21,000 square feet of living space, including 12 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, three kitchens, and an elevator. “Casa Costanera” sits on 1.3 acres of land, including a 480-foot water frontage.Anthony, who has two Grammys to his name, is also known as the ex-husband of Jennifer Lopez, with whom he has two children.
