The 10,628-square-foot home, which is billed as “a modern homage to the Case Study Houses,” is located in Bird Streets—a celeb-stocked enclave in the Hollywood Hills—and has 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The home is defined by its indoor/outdoor living spaces, which take advantage of the stellar views stretching from Downtown LA to Century City. Walls of glass in the main living spaces open to an expansive outdoor entertainment area featuring dramatic fire pits and an infinity pool and the master suite also has direct pool access. There are 3 bedroom suites inside as well as a gym/office with an en-suite bathroom and a lower level that houses a “premiere-worthy” screening room.
