Michael Douglas Narrates the Listing Video for His Mediterranean Estate

Michael Douglas is putting in additional work when it comes to selling his Mediterranean estate. The Oscar-winning actor lends his voice to narrate the listing video of the stunning property on sale for about $32.5 million. Overlooking the sea in Majorca, the land was once owned by the Archduke of Habsburg in the 19thcentury. Its royal lineage led it be purchased by Hollywood royalty when Douglas and his first wife acquired the estate in 1989 according to Variety. The couple first put it on sale in 2014 after they had divorced.

In the promotional video, Douglas narrates his time living on the magical compound, S’Estaca. Douglas made necessary modernizations to the seven separate buildings that make up the entirety of the compound but ensured its original charm stayed intact. The property has 10 bedrooms and can sleep 20 total people in immense comfort. Boredom is not an option with a library, multimedia lounge, bodega, gym, spa, marble-lined swimming pool and pavilion to entertain.

Over 200 acres of land are spread between the mountains and the ocean. Food and wine lovers will enjoy the lands’ very own olive grove and vineyard and the state of the art wine cellar where an owner’s collection can be stored properly. Uninterrupted views of the grounds and water can be surveyed from the numerous terraces and outdoor dining verandas.
